Groove Search

In January 2007, I received the exciting news that I was a winner in the Groove Search competiton, held by the Philharmonia Orchestra.  My piece was based on my Rondo for Organ, you can listen to the original that I sent in here.

Julian Milone, a second violin in the orchestra, arranged it and it sounded stunning.  The piece was recoded by the Philharmonia Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios in January 2007, and I was very excited to be in attendance that day. The finished article (called Scherzo in 9) can be heard at the Philharmonia’s website.   Additionally you can remix it (and many other excellent grooves), here.  I would be very interested to hear your remixes – please do e-mail me with the name of it, so I can listen to them.
